Celebrando a la biodiversidad en el marco del acuerdo Kunming-Montreal

The UN Conference on Biological Diversity (COP15) reached a historic agreement in Montreal on Dec 19, 2022 to guide global efforts to protect nature until 2030. Delegations from 188 governments gathered for two weeks, resulting in the adoption of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The Framework aims to address biodiversity loss, restore ecosystems and protect Indigenous Peoples’ rights by protecting 30% of the planet and degraded ecosystems by 2030.
